Running a business and figuring out personal finance are difficult when you're your own boss. Almost Millions wants to change that equation.

Almost Millions is a new site dedicated to teaching money skills to an audience of ambitious, savvy self-employed workers. It doesn't matter whether you're an architect, a yoga teacher, a graphic designer, a personal trainer, or a yoga trainer. It doesn't matter if you have a 9-5 and then rent a room on a service like Airbnb or drive for a company like Lyft. All that matters is that you work for yourself.

Neal launched Almost Millions in late 2016 after more than a decade working both full-time jobs and freelance side projects. After realizing he learned his most valuable business lessons over a cup of coffee or a pint of beer from his fellow freelancers--and not in a school or in a workshop--he took the natural next step: Launching a website.
